If it does hava a sequel more weapons and more angry shapes

Dont know why I like playing this, but its very addictive. A funny twist on side-scrolling RPGs. Worth a buck for sure.

Update: I bought this game on its release date and they havent updated it since, thats sad and really dissapointing. Im not sure why there are so many 5 star reviews. Its fun for a bit but gets old fast. There are lots of modes and I havent tried them all yet so I might up the score later but for $1 I dont feel like I overpaid but 1.99 is a bit too much IMO.

You should take the price down to a dollar

There are a bunch of tards that dont get it. Its the simplicity that makes this game great. If you want your stupid armor and bonus points go play some world of Warcraft. This game is awesome even if the super geeks have issues with not being able to play as a half naked chick who shoots fire.

But wverytime I click learn to play or try again I hve to delete the app and download again cAuse a black screen appears Please fix?

I love this game. I do wish we could buy/upgrade weapons and armor and stuff.

Fastar! is a simple, enjoyable app with tons of modes and squares to battle through. Its simplicity is great and really gives it nice, flowing gameplay. I definitely recommend this game. An update would be very much appreciated, particularly with new weapons and possibly more shapes to annihilate.

Also, it needs to be updated or something. Sometimes mine stays frozen on the loading screen. I will give it 5 stars when it is fully operational. A really fun game, even though it is simple. Im not sure its worth $2. I got it when it was free. I think its worth $1. Who knew swinging a sword at squares could be so entertaining? Theres only a few things I would change. I wish marathon mode would last longer. I wish that you got a small percent of your total coins collected at the end of each game to spend on other things, such as to buy a slot for another special item for your character. And enable a mode similar to marathon wherein you can find health and damage and defense upgrades randomly- either when walking or after defeating an enemy, or make this a passive special trait you can choose at the start of any game (like hoam and the other options, call it luck or treasure hunter or something clever), also I wish you could use your coins to increase your max health, not just replenish it. And add more boxes, like stripped box, polka dot box, cardboard box, etc. And I want to be able to customize my sword- change the blade color and such, maybe even make it super effective against certain other colors based on the one you pick. Maybe have an adventure mode in which your character levels up and defeats tougher and tougher boxes, with other shapes thrown in there for fun, and maybe boxes with dragons and demons painted on them for boss stages. Just a few ideas to switch it up a bit. If I pay a few dollars for a game, Id like to keep it interesting.

This is a great game but its looking a bit crappy on my retina display device

For some reason I cant play anymore. It woant load more than the mode symbol. I have a 3GS, but when I had the 3G version, It worked fine. Plz work this out.

This was a nice game, I had kept it on my phone since I got it for free, which is saying something cuz Im constantly cleaning up stuff I dont use or play regularly... But when I went back to play this it was dilapidated, left to fall thru the cracks... Disappointing... I was hoping to spend some time button mashing...

The title says it all and its my only problem

This game is extremely entertaining and approachable. It offers a fun, colourful art style, and a wonderful little soundtrack. Its one of the only games that has stayed on my iPod throughout the years. It ran perfectly fine on my 2nd Gen Touch, and runs flawlessly on my new 4th Gen. I purchased this gem when it first released, and I do not forget the weeks of praise this app received after clutching the Top Paid App spot. This jewel has mass appeal, and Im sure anyone with a decent amount of intellect and wit can appreciate this game for what it is -- a simple yet enticing mockery of giant RPG games. I highly recommend this game. It is definitely among my modest list of most-played!

I love fastar but cmon seriously this app has not been updated since it came out and I know its a very popular app. The maker knows he has made a lot of money off of it and surely they can update it. Angry Birds is successful but thats only because they care about their app. Cmon guys bring the updates!! More powers, more weapons, more modes, and more enemies = 5 stars!
